Adult Chorale

Who:

A group of 25-30 volunteer singers, primarily Temple members, but open to non-members. An informal audition with Cantor Ruben is required.

What:

Among this year's highlights will be an Interfaith Thanksgiving Service at St. Monica's, the Chanukah Chorale Festival at Rodeph Sholom, a Shabbat Chanukah Service, a collaboration with a Gospel Choir honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., music for Yom Hashoah, and a Shabbat Service featuring the music of Salomone Rossi.

Why:

We gather for the fun of singing, the friendships that the group engenders, and for the rewarding feeling of contributing to the musical and spiritual life of the congregation through our performances.

Where:

We meet in room 24 at the Temple.

When:

We rehearse Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm. The group sings at Friday
evening services once a month, and at other special music concerts
throughout the year.
