sixth Grade Information

Meets twice a week either Sunday morning from 9-11 AM or 11-1 PM and Tuesday afternoon (4:00-6:00 PM) or Monday and Wednesday afternoons (4:00-6:00 PM)

Students will take a voyage through Jewish History and will learn about the history, beliefs, and goals of Reform Judaism. Students will also learn about the meaning of bar/bat mitzvah and the many aspects surrounding this rite of passage. Hebrew language and prayer skills continue to be reinforced. A B'nai Mitzvah family seminar designed to deepen and enrich the months of preparation leading up to the Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebration along with other family programs enhance our curriculum.
